Abstract

Public Service Ethics is one of the ethical studies in the discipline of Public Administration. Public service ethics in making e-KTP in Menur Pumpungan Subdistrict Surabaya examines or analyzes government behavior in implementing the service code of ethics and the influence of service on community satisfaction. The aims of this study were: (1) to find out and analyze the implementation of service ethics for making E-KTP in the Menur Pumpungan sub-district, Surabaya, (2) to find out and analyze the level of satisfaction of the Community Receiving E-KTP Services in the Menur Pumpungan sub-district, Surabaya. The results of this study provide the fact that the implementation of public service ethics in making e-KTP in the Menur Pumpungan subdistrict of Surabaya has followed the code of ethics properly and the implementation is according to clear, precise and correct procedures. In addition, the level of community satisfaction as service recipients is at a very satisfied level. The Menur Pumpungan Surabaya community is very satisfied with the services provided by the government. Key Words: Public Service Ethics, E-KTP Services, and The Level of Community Satisfaction.
