Abstract

Masyarakat Indonesia dalam Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia mempunyai macam-macam keragaman, mencakup beraneka ragam etnis, bahasa, agama, budaya,dan status sosial. Keragaman dapat menjadi ”integrating force” yang mengikat kemasyarakatan namun dapat menjadi penyebab terjadinya benturan antar budaya, antar ras, etnik, agama dan antar nilai-nilai hidup. Keragaman budaya (multikultural) merupakan peristiwa alami karena bertemunya berbagai budaya, berinteraksinya beragam individu dan kelompok dengan membawa perilaku budaya, memiliki cara hidup berlainan dan spesifik. Keragaman misalnya seperti keragaman budaya, latar belakang keluarga, agama, dan etnis tersebut saling berinteraksi dalam komunitas masyarakat Indonesia. Keberagaman budaya merupakan kenyataan yang ada dalam sepanjang sejarah kehidupan manusia. Keberagaman budaya atau cultural diversity merupakan keniscayaan yang ada dibumi indonesia.Keberagaman budaya di indonesia ini sesuatu yang tidak dapat dipungkiri keberadaannya dan secara historis bangsa indonesia mempunyai banyak keanekaragaman budaya.Keberagaman budaya melahirkan adat istiadat dan kepercayaan. Ada berbagai ragam dan banyak sekali keberagaman dalam kepercayaan yang berkembang di tengah masyarakat baik itu berbentuk ritual atau upacara, kepercayaan terhadap roh–roh, serta terhadap benda–benda yang memiliki kekuatan gaib.Salah satu contohnya adalah jimat.dalam penelitihan ini saya akan menjelaskan tentang jimat yang dikemas sangat lucu dan memiliki banyak jenis bentuk, khasiat dan lain sebagainya.Jimat modern ini dikenal sebagai boneka arwah (spirit doll)
