Abstract
Web-based information system is a system that has been used by various organizations and companies in Indonesia. Before an information system is published or launched, certain tests are usually carried out whether the information system is running according to user expectations or not. Tests on information systems generally look at the availability and success of various kinds of existing menus or features by compiling or creating test cases or test cases in a structured manner. The tests carried out also vary, ranging from manual testing, automatic testing using the help of automation tools, and a combination of the two. When using automation tools, of course, it is more efficient and saves time because the tester only needs to write down the test cases. After successfully running, the results will be known whether the test case is in accordance or not as expected. Even so, relying on the results of the test cases alone cannot conclude whether an information is appropriate or not. Therefore, this is where the role of the Fuzzy method is that it can process the test case results by determining the previous indicators. On this occasion, testing will be carried out using automation tools testing on a web-based information system to find out whether the available menus or features are functioning or not, then implementing it to the Fuzzy method whether the information system is suitable for use as a whole.
