Abstract

This study aims to elaborate the company's public relations strategy in maintaining its image in the new normal era by using a descriptive case study type of research at GraPARI Telkom Dinoyo Group Surabaya. A good corporate image in public is an important factor that must be considered in the midst of intense business competition and changes in new habits that have been adapted since the unpredictable conditions Covid-19, entered Indonesia in early 2020. Building and maintaining a corporate image is one of the public relations duties through the formulation of a strategy that is expected to have a positive impact on the company's image. This study uses an objective paradigm and a qualitative approach, with interviews, observation and literature studies as the main methods of data collection. This study uses system theory and the process of public relations strategy, namely fact finding, planning, communication and evaluation as research guidelines. The results of the study show that the public relations strategy at GraPARI Telkom Dinoyo Surabaya Group is going quite well by continuing to provide excellent service while offering products/services that can help customers by implementing health protocols. The implementation of the public relations strategy at GraPARI Telkom Dinoyo Surabaya Group is to maintain communication with customers and provide socialization regarding new programs that will be implemented or launched by Telkomsel, maintain customer trust, and maintain commitment while paying attention to service quality.
