Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Lingkungan Kerja dan Stres Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pengemasan Sun Kara PT. Pulau Sambu, Sungai Guntung, Indragiri Hilir, Riau. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, populasinya seluruh karyawan pengemasan sun kara dan sampel yang di gunakan sebanyak 176 karyawan yang telah di hitung menggunakan rumus slovin, uji instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda dan analisis koefisien determinasi dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji f. Dari hasil uji t dan uji f menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja punya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada kinerja karyawan bagian pengemasan Sun Kara PT. Pulau Sambu, Sungai Guntung, Indragiri Hilir, Riau
