Abstract

Technology development in the days of now being attentive to all sectors, including the development of human life for the time being.His drastic technology dependence are among the examples of the development.An example is the technology that is growing rapidly technology information that makes people do not have easy to go to get the required information without long distances and a long time. A system of information are needed as one of many types of technology information is obliged to used disegala the field of, including the field of government agencies.Because of the system information in the context of administrative sectors in the need to meet the public rights to information whether it is health-related, facilities for people, and still many more.For that, must be more sensitive information system providing important information that the community needed, current, and by the look of what is interesting.In consideration of their activities, needs to be done an analysis in order to know what is needed and what must be developed so that the system such information can reach the main objective of last. Information technology infrastructure library ( ITIL ) is the phase of analysis that was fit to be applied.Itil can be provided guidance to service providers on the delivery of ti service quality to the process, other necessary function and the ability to back it up.Is not only up there, of development by a method of protoyping will also be applied to implement the results of the analysis that have been held.Where method of development that they used approach to make a particular program by gradual so that it will be quick and can be evaluated by the customer.Of the result will be evaluated back in order to measure how successfully phases of analysis accompanied the development of which done.As by this stage, will be known whether this information system have shown increase from previous system. After the development and evaluation of East Java Provincial Health Office Information System Service, it received a lot of improvement. Gap Analysis prior to development based on the calculation results of the current Maturity Level and the expected Maturity Level with an average of 3.2. While the Gap Analysis after development is based on the calculation results of the current Maturity Level and the expected Maturity Level with an average of 0.7.
