Abstract

Along with the development of the technological era, every agency is required to provide good service and have good quality, especially hospital agencies. Bhayangkara Pusdik Hospital has several problems in the field of queuing services. This is due to the accumulation of queues in each poly. Queuing management still uses a one-way system (Single Channel) to handle queues from several polys, if the management can use a more than one-way system (Multi Channel) then the service will have good quality. Therefore there is a need for information technology to bridge the need for good, effective and efficient public services, namely with online and offline queuing systems using more than one-way (Multi Channel) system methods that are able to provide good queuing services and are very capable of handling queues from multiple polys at one time. Development is carried out using a structured Waterfall Method, which starts from the system requirements stage and then moves on to the design, development, testing, and maintenance stages. The results of this study are in the form of an online queuing system both offline and online in order to assist the services of Bhayangkara Pusdik Hospital.
