Abstract

Dewasa ini persaingan dalam dunia usaha menunjukkan adanya persaingan yang semakin lama semakin ketat. Tuntutan akan kemampuan dan tanggung jawab pada setiap pribadi yang ada di perusahaan menjadi semakin tinggi. Peningktan kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia merupakan hal mendasar dari sebuah upaya mencapai kesuksesan, termasuk peningkatan kepuasan kerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Karyawan CV. Octa Pratama Putra yang berjumlah 33 orang. Variabel independent yang digunakan adalah Beban Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja Dan variabel dependen yaitu Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini mengambil data primer yaitu dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan taraf sig < 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpilkan bahwa variabel bebas yang terdiri dari Beban Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap variabel terikat yaitu Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan.
