Abstract

The industry requires the use of groundwater for the production process, especially in the use of high and low water discharge. Most of the companies located in East Java and the middle to lower class do not know the groundwater utilization strategy, resulting in the wrong selection of groundwater drilling companies. This study aims to provide solutions regarding the selection of legal drilling companies that can help provide services or information on groundwater utilization strategies through geographic information systems.The analytical hierarchy process is used to determine a list of recommendations for groundwater by drilling companies based on the priority level and importance identity assessment of the criteria and alternatives that have been analyzed previously. The results of the application of this system can assist the industry in simulating the determination of the selection of legal drilling companies chosen by the industry in need. Thus, the simulation can show the strategy of utilizing groundwater properly and correctly.
