Abstract
The formulation of the problem in this study is whether product quality, packaging, and price perceptions partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on customer loyalty for the "Kapal Api" product in Sukolilo District, Surabaya City. The population in this study were 100 customers of Kapal Api coffee sachets in Sukolilo District, Surabaya City, and 95 samples were used. The sample was taken using random sampling technique. If the independent variables consisting of product quality (X1), packaging (X2), price perception (X3) have a value of 0 (zero), then the value of the dependent variable, namely customer loyalty (Y), is 58.977. Product quality variable (X1) has a significant effect on customer loyalty (Y). This can be proven by the significance value of 0.003 which is less than 0.05. Packaging variable (X2) has a significant effect on customer loyalty (Y). This can be proven by the significance value of 0.004 which is less than 0.05. Price perception variable (X3) has a significant effect on customer loyalty (Y). This can be proven by the significance value of 0.025 which is smaller than 0.05 Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that product quality, packaging, and price perceptions partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on customer loyalty for the “Kapal Api” product in Sukolilo District, Surabaya City.
