Abstract

The development of a company must be accompanied by an increase in profits earned, and in this development there are two factors that generally influence it, including internal factors within the company and external factors outside the company. Internal factors within the company are factors within the company itself that can directly affect the company while external factors are factors outside the company that indirectly affect the company. Among these two factors, it is the internal factor that has the most direct influence on a company, namely the human resource factor. The aim of this research is to be able to study the effect of these three variables on the performance of CV employees. Satria Bumi Artha. In determining the research sample, the researcher used the slovin formula so that there were 75 respondents. The research sample was taken using accidental sampling technique. Research data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively using data collection instruments (questionnaires) before being tested through validity and reliability tests. While the analysis of data results was carried out through table analysis, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test with SPSS 16.0 tools. The results of the study show that competence, self awareness, and employee engagement both partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the calculation results of data analysis via simple regression test, it is concluded that competence has an effect on employee performance, self awareness has an effect on employee performance, and employee engagement has an effect on employee performance, and through multiple regression tests it has been concluded that competency, self awareness, and employee engagement have an effect on performance employees show significant results.
