Abstract
PT. ELANG JAGAD is a metalworking company that produces stoves, stenliss chairs, and other products. In all types of work, workload is a very important factor. The purpose of this study was to analyze the workload, level of fatigue and muscle disorders received by workers at PT. ELANG JAGAD. It is hoped that this research is to find out how much workload the level of fatigue and muscle disorders received by workers and shows the highest workload, levels of fatigue and muscle disorders received by workers. The method used to analyze physical load is Cardivascular Load (CVL). While the method for analyzing mental workload uses the NASA-TLX method, and work fatigue analysis uses a 30-item fatigue and muscle disorder questionnaire using the Nordic Body Map questionnaire. Based on the analysis of the physical workload, Worker 1 received the greatest amount with a % CVL value of 61.31%, while workers who experienced the lightest physical workload were Worker 6 with a % CVL value of 34.27%. The results of the mental workload analysis showed that the greatest mental workload was felt by Worker 1 with a score of 83 and the lowest was Worker 6 with a score of 54 in the moderate category. And the highest level of fatigue is worker 2 with a score of 70 and the lowest is worker 4 with a score of 47 while the highest level of risk of muscle disorders is worker 1 with a score and the lowest is worker 3 who has a score of 24.
