Abstract

Pemberdayaan masyarakat merupakan sebuah istilah yang sering kita dengar, hal tersebut beriringan dengan meningkatnya kemiskinan yang terjadi di Indonesia. pemberdayaan masyarakat Desa Hulaan melalui eduwisata tauge dan lontong oleh pemerintah Desa Hulaan dan BUMDes Sumber Makmur, dengan menyadari potensi Desa yang ada untuk menjadikan Desa wisata yang nanti bertujuan untuk memperdayakan masyarakat sekitar dengan tujuan memberikan manfaat untuk perekonomian masyarakat sehingga membantu meningkatkan kondisi perekonomian masyarakat. Walaupun proses pemberdayaan masyarakat sedikit tersendat dikarenakan oleh keterbatasan biaya atau dana untuk pembangunan infrastuktur Desa wisata. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif yaitu dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara. Pemberdayaan masyarakat Desa Hulaan melalui pengembangan desa wisata edukasi kuliner dan desa pembuatan tauge dan lontong dengan 7 tahapan atau langkah. Desa Wisata Eduwisata Tauge dan Lontong merupakan program pemberdayaan dengan pendekatan terpadu, program kemasyarakatan, ekonomi, lingkungan dan kebencanaan yang didukung oleh kemitraan masyarakat untuk pertumbuhan dan perkembangan daerah dengan menggunakan potensi dan aset yang dimilikinya.
