Abstract

Pada dasarnya pelaksanaan pelayanan publik berbasis teknologi kepada masyarakat sangatlah penting dilakukan. Permasalahan pada penelitian ini masih ditemukannya banyak masyarakat yang belum mengetahui dan belum memahami bagaimana pelayanan berbasis teknologi ini dikarenakan sering terjadinya masalah pada saat pengisian dan sering terjadinya masalah pelayananan yang sering melangalami masalah sehingga masyarakat tidak dapat melakukan login untuk memasukkan data. Tujuan penelitiaan ini yaitu untuk melihat efektivitas pelayanan public program E-Government dan apa saja hambatan dalam mengoptimalisasikan penggunaan website dalam upaya meningkatkan pelayanan. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif . Teknik Analisis Data ini adalah Penumpulaan Data, Reduksi Data, Penyajian Data, dan Penarikan Kesimpulan. Hasil Penelitian ini adalah belum terlaksana secara optimal penggunaan website disebabkan oleh (1) kebijakan baru dengan sitem pelayanan yang berbeda membuat masyarakat tidak terbiasa (2) kurangnya sosialisasi yang dilakukan membuat masih adanya masyarakat yang tidak mengetahui tentang sistem pelayanan menggunakan website sehingga membuat kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat terhadap pengguanaan website dan (3) kurangnya kemampuan sumberdaya manusia yang berkualitas membuat banyaknya masyarakat yang tidak merasa terbantu.
