Abstract
In an organization, there is an element that must be considered and cannot be ignored by the organization, namely human resources. The existence of good human resources can be a major consideration in achieving company goals or work in order to prepare employee performance to maintain serious situations in the midst of competition and assist employees in expanding skills, survival and efficiency. Employee performance at the Tulungagung Regency Fisheries Service is a problem because it has an impact on society and is detrimental to the company itself and overall organizational performance. The work performance of Tulungagung Regency Fisheries Service employees is already good, but there are still a number of things that need to be improved. Employees lack motivation and work discipline in completing their duties and responsibilities as part of the state apparatus. In the description above, the researcher wants to know how to manage employee performance problems at the Tulungagung Regency Fisheries Service so that they can improve employee performance properly and be able to achieve the agency's goals. Factors that can affect employee performance are work motivation, work discipline and organizational culture. The aim of this study is to prove and analyze the variables work motivation, work discipline and organizational culture partially and simultaneously influence the performance of department employees. Tulungagung Regency Fisheries. The type of research used is survey in nature and uses questionnaire media as a data collection tool. This research uses quantitative research methods. The sample population is 50 ASN employees at the Tulungagung District Fisheries Service. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis can be concluded that work motivation, work discipline, and organizational culture partially and simultaneously (together) have a significant influence on employee performance.
