Abstract

This research will be conducted on property and real estate sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018 – 2021. Because it is based on phenomena in the property real estate sector regarding Real Estate Property or homes for millennials that affect stocks and company value. This research is grouped into quantitative research, the population of this research is all property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2021, while the technique chosen in sampling is purposive sampling. The data collection technique in this study uses the documentation method which originates from the IDX website, while the data analysis technique in this study uses PLS (Partial Least Square). Based on the results of the discussion it was found that Liquidity had a negative but not significant effect on stock prices and Liquidity had a significant positive effect on profitability. Leverage has a significant negative effect on stock prices and leverage has a not significant positive effect on profitability. Asset structure has a significant positive effect on stock prices and asset structure has a not significant positive effect on profitability. Profitability has no significant positive effect on stock prices and profitability cannot mediate the effect of liquidity, leverage and asset structure on stock prices in property and real estate sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2021 period.
