Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara parsial maupun simultan yakni variabel bebas Pelatihan Kerja, Kompetesi Kerja, dan Evaluasi Kerja dengan variabel terikat Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. BPR Bank Jombang Perseroda dengan populasi berjumlah 60 karyawan dan penentuan jumlah sampel 40 karyawan sebagai responden dengan menggunakan purposive sampling atau sampel pertimbangan, karena pengambilan sampel ini telah direncanakan oleh peneliti.. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni menyebarkan kuesioner, wawancara, dokumen dan analisa data menggunakan SPSS 26. Uji instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Uji validitas, Uji reliabilitas dan Uji asumsi klasik, analisis data dilakukan dengan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dan Analisis Koefisiensi Determinasi (R2), sedangkan teknik pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Uji t dan Uji F. Proses perhitungan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 26 menunjukkan bahwa hasil variabel penelitian Pelatihan Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan yang dapat dibuktikan menggunakan Uji t yang memiliki nilai sig 0,004, variabel penelitian Kompetensi Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif tapi tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan yang dapat dibuktikan menggunakan Uji t yang memiliki nilai sig 0,144, variabel penelitian Evaluasi Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan yang dapat dibuktikan menggunakan Uji t yang memiliki nilai sig 0,048. Hal tersebut dapat ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi 83,0%. Uji F atau simultan variabel Pelatihan Kerja, Kompetensi Kerja, dan Evaluasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan menunjukkan bahwa F hitung 58,563 dan F tabel 2,86.
