Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada PT.Pegadaian Cabang Wiyung Surabaya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan PT. Pegadaian Cabang Wiyung Surabaya. Metode penelitian dibantu dengan program Partial Least Square yang digunakan dengan software SmartPLS 4.0. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang diambil menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja terhadap kinera karyawan menujukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan, beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan, kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan melalui kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.Pegadaian Cabang Wiyung Surabaya, dan beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan melalui kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.Pegadaian Cabang Wiyung Surabaya.
