Abstract

This study aims to determine the value of production systems and marketing systems in implementing digital business in the 4.0 era for Micro, Small Enterprises (UMK). The production system is oriented towards the influence of technology on the production process in producing goods or services efficiently and practically, while the marketing system knows the processes and strategies used in dealing with developments in information technology so that marketing carried out in the digital business era 4.0 can be structured and managed. Data collection was taken by observing, interviewing, and direct documentation at the Tiara Handicraft Surabaya Micro Small Business object. This study shows that the application of digital business to MSEs influences and encourages production systems and marketing systems. There are many benefits in implementing today's technology, of course, it has a complex effect on a business so there are many phenomena in transforming into the digital 4.0 era. In this case, there is a need for habituation in the use of all kinds of technology to facilitate the work process. In the analysis of this research, we know the various aspects that help and encourage MSMEs in the 4.0 era, so they are able to manage every benefit of today's technology so that it is more efficient.
