Abstract

Desa Sedati Agung adalah salah satu desa di Kabupaten Sidoarjo yang mempunyai Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes pada tahun 2021 dan telah menjalankan usaha dengan jenis renting yaitu penyewaan. Pada saat awal dibentuknya BUMDes tahun 2021 belum ada pembentukan struktur kelembagaan dan rencana kerja, anggaran maupun kebijakan yang mengatur seputar BUMDes. Pada tahun 2022 diresmikannya pembentukan dan kelembagaan BUMDes. Hal ini juga digunakan sebagai upaya terwujudnya good governance pada BUMDes Sedati Agung melalui adanya prinsip-prinsip good governance yang ada pada BUMDes. Good governance adalah tata kelola yang digunakan pada urusan publik baik dengan pencapaiannya menggunakan indikator sebagai tolak ukurnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui “Bagaimana Good Governance dan faktor pendukung dan penghambat pada Badan Usaha Milik Desa di Desa Sedati Agung Kecamatan Sedati Kabupaten Sidoarjo”. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori prinsip�prinsip good governance menurut United Nation Development Program (Hamirul & Alamsyahril, 2020). Pada penelitian ini menitikberatkan pada prinsip partisipatif, rule of law, akuntabilitas, dan visi strategi. Penelitian ini adalah jenis Penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh dari Pemerintah Desa, pengurus BUMDes serta masyarakat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa prinsip good governance pada Badan Usaha Milik Desa di Desa Sedati Agung Kecamatan Sedati Kabupaten Sidoarjo sudah dilakukan dengan baik yakni tercapainya prinsip partisipatif, rule of law, visi strategi dan akuntabilitas. Namun pada prinsip akuntabilitas belum berjalan dengan baik karena indikator yang ada pada prinsip tersebut tidak tercapai semuanya, perlu dilakukan evaluasi pada prinsip tersebut. Prinsip Good Governance di Bumdes Sedati Agung Menjadi salah satu upaya tercapainya tujuan dari Bumdes dalam pembangunan ekonomi dimasa yang akan datang.
