Abstract

PT. Sarana Media Cemerlang (JAGONET) POP Kalipare merupakan perusahaan Managed Service Provider dengan kapasitas layanan informasi dan teknologi. Perusahaan ini bergerak dibidang internet service provider (ISP) yaitu jasa layanan internet. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada perusahaan adalah kekurangan karyawan atau tenaga kerja manusia yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang dibutuhkan, sehingga karyawan terlalu banyak menanggung tuntutan kerja yang terlalu banyak dan dikerjakan dengan kurangnya karyawan yang seharusnya dikerjakan oleh banyak tenaga manusia. Tujuan dari dibuatnya penelitian ini yaitu sesuai dengan rumusan masalah yaitu bagaimana pemenuhan program karyawan pada JAGONET dalam memenuhi kompetensi karyawan dinilai melalui penerapan Audit Sumber Daya manusia. Penelitian ini mengambil responden utama yaitu manager sekaligus pemilik cabang perusahaan. Dalam pelaksanaan, peneliti mengambil data primer yaitu dengan observai langsung ke lapangan dan mewawancarai pemilik badan usaha tersebut. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif studi kasus dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik analisis pada penelitian yaitu teknik analisis GAP yaitu merupakan suatu metode pengukuran untuk mengetahui kesenjangan (gap) antara kinerja suatu variabel dengan harapan konsumen terhadap variabel tersebut. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan pelatihan kerja masih relatif kurang optimal dalam pelaksanaan disebabkan karena potensi sumber daya manusia dan faktor perusahaan yang diangggap kurang efektif dan efisien dalam pemenuhan program perusahaan.
