Abstract
Starting from the Covid-19 pandemic that occurred in Indonesia which required restrictions on movement space in the community. The impact of social distancing implemented by the government has caused an increase in the demand for courier delivery services by the public. With a lot of competition for courier services, the Kebonrojo Post Office is certainly required to have quality services and strategies in marketing their products to gain the trust of consumers. This research uses a qualitative approach method. The analysis conducted at the Kebonrojo Surabaya Post Office includes the Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) Strategy which includes Advertising, Sales promotion, Public relations, personal sales and Direct marketing. The results showed that during the Covid-19 pandemic, post offices optimized courier and logistics services by utilizing the delivery shuttle service through the QPosinAja application. And the marketing communication strategy implemented by PT Pos Indonesia to be reviewed from the 5 elements of the marketing mix has fulfilled all elements, namely Advertising using pamphlets, booklets, banners / banners (offline) and online using social media; Online sales promotion is carried out by the AE team, online creating advertisements that are distributed through social media; Public Relations through the secretarial and customer service departments; Private Sales are conducted by AE and O-ranger teams, and Direct Marketing is done by service counters, branch post offices and Agenpos.
