Abstract

Currently, Covid-19 in Indonesia has not been declared over and the pandemic status has not been revoked by the government. It is known that Covid 19 has caused people's lifestyles to change, where previously activities could be carried out freely are now limited. The pandemic has caused changes in all aspects of life, so that all people must adapt and live side by side with Covid-19. The Covid-19 pandemic has had a major impact on Indonesia's international trade and the global economy. The structure of global trade has changed significantly due to the pandemic. Shopping is a basic activity to meet the needs of life. According to the Indonesian Logistics and Forwarders Association (ALFI), online shopping activity has increased by 37% during the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition, during the pandemic there was a decrease in activities outside the home - work at home (WFH) increased by 1%. With the presence of E-Commerce, people feel helped in terms of meeting their needs. One of the most widely used e-commerce is food ordering services (Online food delivery). It is known that online food delivery users during the pandemic have increased. The main factors influencing online shopping behavior of Indonesian people are trust, price, convenience and product availability. Other factors that also affect people's online shopping are good product quality, business security, easy-to-use website designs and consumer behavior that likes to shop. In Indonesia, online food delivery services are well known. Of the several E-Commerce that are present, 3 of them are the biggest, namely Go Food, Grab Food and Shoppe food. With the description of the problem above, the author tries to research, how are the perceptions of application users using online food ordering services and how are the patterns between food buying habits and the factors that influence using these services. This study uses a quantitative method, in analyzing needs, Competitive Analysis is added. Competitive analysis is used to get an overview of the questionnaire design. As well as UTAUT2 which is the basis of the relationship between an application's information system and user experience. For data collection using a questionnaire with the System Usability Scale. From this research, data output will be obtained that can be used as an effective strategy for companies providing online food delivery services.
