Abstract

Advances in computer technology in the modern era have grown very rapidly. Computer technology has had a significant impact on human life. The relationship between humans and computers or known as Human-Computer Interactions (HCI) can be done non-contact or virtual, one example is Hand Gesture Recognition. Hand gesture recognition is a system that can detect and recognize human hand movements. Hand gesture recognition systems for virtual sketch have been developed using various methods. One of these methods is the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) which is capable of performing several layers up to authentication in verifying the stage of hand movements as commands. The architecture of the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method that has a fairly good accuracy is the Attentional Convolutional Network. Research conducted on a number recognition system based virtual sketch with hand gestures using Attentional Convolutional Network with an accuracy value obtained in non-real time of 83,9%, and realtime accuracy by taking the last frame so that predictions are more stable is 90% using the hyperparameter Epoch = 500, LearningRate = 0.005 and BatchSize = 128.
