Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan grit dan iklim organisasi dengan innovative work behavior pada karyawan perbankan bagian marketing. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan penelitian korelasional. Pemilihan subjek didasarkan pada keseluruhan populasi pada karyawan perbankan bagian marketing yang berada di Jombang dengan jumlah 165 pada karyawan perbankan bagian marketing. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuisioner secara online menggunakan google form dengan menggunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis regresi ganda linierberganda. Hasil yang diperoleh berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi simultan didapatkan sebesar 15,767 dengan signifikansi 0.000 (p<0.05) artinya terdapat hubungan signifikan antara grit dan iklim organisasi dengan innovative work behavior. Semakin tinggi grit dan iklim organisasi maka semakin tinggi innovative work behavior pada pada karyawan marketing. Selanjutnya hasil analisis regresi parsial pada hubungan grit dengan innovative work behavior menghasilkan 0,690 (p>0,05) berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan tidak terdapat hubungan antara grit dan innovative work behavior. Hasil analisis regresi parsial pada hubungan iklim organisasi dengan innovative work behavior menghasilkan 0,000 (p>0,05) berdasarkan hasil tersebut artinya terdapat hubungan iklim organisasi dengan innovative work behavior. Sumbangan efektif penelitian ini sebesar 0.163. Artinya grit dan iklim organisasi memiliki sumbangan pengaruh 16,3% terhadap innovative work behavior.
