Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara self efficacy dan kohesivitas kelompok dengan social loafing pada mahasiswa. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif korelasional dengan sejumlah 133 mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya 2022 dipilih dengan teknik Probability sampling yaitu cluster random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala likert. Alat ukur yang digunakan yaitu skala social loafing dari Myers (2012), self efficacy dari Bandura (1997) dan kohesivitas dari Carron dkk (2002). Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 26.0 for Windows. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat korelasi signifikan antara self efficacy dan kohesivitas kelompok dengan social loafing dengan nilai p=0,000 (p<0,05) dan F hitung 165,583. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa self efficacy dan kohesivitas kelompok berkaitan erat dengan social loafing. Hasil hipotesis kedua dan ketiga diperoleh nilai p=0,000 (p<0,05) berkorelasi negatif dan signifikan antara self efficacy dan kohesivitas kelompok dengan social loafing yang artinya semakin tinggi self efficacy dan kohesivitas kelompok yang dimiliki mahasiswa maka semakin rendah mahasiswa untuk melakukan perilaku social loafing. Adapun sumbangan efektif self efficacy dan kohesivitas kelompok sebesar 72% terhadap social loafing.
