Abstract

This study discusses the measurement of company performance using the Balanced Scorecard method as a method that is able to be applied to business organizations. So far, the measurement of company performance is still internal and focuses more on short-term goals that only use a financial perspective. Therefore, performance measurement using the Balanced Scorecard (financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business perspective, and learning and growth perspective) offers a more comprehensive and comprehensive performance measurement solution in an organization. The object of this research is PT Ninja Xpress Surabaya as a company engaged in the shipping service in Indonesia. Research on PT Ninja Xpress Surabaya was conducted by comparing the internal performance of PT Ninja Xpress Surabaya with the performance according to the Balanced Scorecard from 2018-2019. From the results of the study using the Balanced Scorecard, the average value for each perspective namely finance, customers, internal business and learning and growth is good. So it can be concluded that the performance of PT Ninja Xpress Surabaya is included in good criteria, with some suggestions and improvements that need to be done.
