Abstract

CV Prima AC is a business company engaged in services, especially services for the installation and repair of AC (Air Conditioner). AC is an electronic device that functions to cool a room whether it's in a mall, office, home, or school. At this time CV Prima Ac still has problems in business processes, and the information management is still using manual processes. This causes a lot of problems that arise, so that the process of requesting service orders and administration becomes less orderly and effective. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to design and create an information system for ordering AC service at CV Prima AC which is expected to help optimize and improve business process performance. This information system can also predict the schedule for ordering AC customer service by applying a fuzzy time series algorithm using technical factors and BMKG data.
