Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Efektivitas Pelatihan Regulasi Diri untuk meningkatkan Kebahagiaan pada Remaja di Panti Asuhan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre-experimental design (quasi eksperimen). Jenis desain eksperimen adalah tipe one group pretest-posttest design. Jenis desain ini hanya menggunakan satu kelompok eksperimen serta melakukan pengukuran sebelum dan sesudah pemberian perlakuan pada subjek. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap remaja panti asuhan yang mengalami kebahagiaan rendah dengan jumlah sampel 15 orang dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis pertama dengan hasil analisis uji paired sample t-test diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar -4.739 dengan sig p=0.000(p<0.05). Artinya ada perbedaan yang signifikan pada kebahagiaan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Berikutnya hipotesis kedua ditolak dengan hasil yang diperoleh dari independent t-test, hasil sig sebesar p= 0.329 (p>0.05). Oleh karena itu dinyatakan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan peningkatan kebahagiaan dengan kepribadian introvert dan ekstrovert
