Abstract
Along with the developmentof the times and science, then the use of plastic can be done, namely bydoing recycling so that it can be used kembali. Such as the manufacture of aircraft and automotive motor vehicles, both four-wheeled and twowheeled, some of whose specs no longer use iron ordrinking pestle but use more polymeric materials. In this industry, it does require lighter components but have reliable characteristics. It is in principle that a continuous reinforcer gives better specific strength properties. Inthis study, it aims to analyze and find out how much influence the addition of coal base ash has on the mechanical properties of polymeric matrices (polypropylene). With ukuran particle used is 250-300 mesh, the same treatment is washed and dried with a percentage of 10%, for the method of manufacturing polypropylene composites are melted in a stirrer (mixer) with variations used lama stirring 0.5, 10, 15, and 20 Minutes and at the rate of 15, 20, 25, 30, and 35 rpm.
