Abstract

This research is motivated by the Demand for Fast Secured Credit (KCA) which always increases every year at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Benowo Branch Service Unit (UPC). This study aims to examine the Analysis of Factors Affecting the Demand for Fast Secured Credit (KCA) at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Benowo Branch Service Unit (UPC). The data of this study were obtained from questionnaire data (Primary). The population in this study was taken in 2021 as many as 4,445 who submitted a Request for Fast Secured Credit (KCA) at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Benowo Branch Service Unit (UPC). sampling method incidental sampling / accidental sampling obtained as many as 98 samples. This study uses a quantitative approach. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, with the F test, T test, and the coefficient of determination. The test results show that, firstly, the influence of customer income has a significant effect on the Demand for Fast Secured Credit (KCA), the second level of education has a significant effect on the Request for Fast Secured Credit (KCA), the three family dependents have a significant effect on the Request for Fast Secured Credit (KCA), the fourth age significant effect on the Demand for Fast Secured Credit (KCA). The value of the determination test is 0.311, which means that the contribution of the variable influence of customer income, education level, family dependents, and age is 31.1%, while the rest (100% - 31.1% = 68.9%) is influenced by other variables. which is not included in the research variable.
