Abstract
Consumer satisfaction is the response or response shown by consumers for the goods or services obtained. Consumer satisfaction can be influenced by several variables. The variables used in this study are; service quality, price perception, and promotion. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, price perception, and promotion on consumer satisfaction of Shinta Reza supermarkets. The research was conducted on Shinta Reza supermarket consumers, namely by distributing questionnaires using a google form. The research was conducted in April 2022 – June 2022. The results showed that the value of t count > t table with a significance level of < 0.05, namely (0.048 (X1), 0.012 (X2), and 0.000 (X3) <0.05), this indicates that the service quality variable (X1), price perception (X2), and promotion (X3) have a significant and partially positive effect on consumer satisfaction (Y). While service quality (X1), price perception (X2), and promotion (X3) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction (Y). It is proven by the results of the ANOVA test which shows that the F test produces a significance value less than 0.05, namely (0.000 < 0.05).
