Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze and obtain empirical evidence that Capital Structure, Profitability, Liquidity affect Dividend Policy and Capital Structure, Profitability and Liquidity affect Firm Value, dividend policy mediates the effect of Capital Structure, Profitability and Liquidity on Firm Value. The sample population is food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018- 2020. Determination of the sample by purposive sampling. The results showed that the capital structure had a negative and insignificant effect on dividend policy. Capital structure has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value. Profitability has a negative and insignificant effect on dividend policy. Profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Liquidity has a positive and significant effect on dividend policy. Liquidity has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value. Dividend policy has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value. Dividend policy has a negative and insignificant effect in mediating capital structure on firm value. Dividend policy has a negative and insignificant effect in mediating profitability on firm value. Dividend policy has a negative and insignificant effect in mediating liquidity on firm value.
