Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pendapatan, harga rumah, uang muka dan suku bunga secara parsial dan simultan terhadap permintaan KPR pada Bank Tabungan Negara Kantor Cabang Pembantu KHM Mansyur. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder dimana metode pengumpulannya menggunakan kuisioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah KPR BTN Kantor Cabang Pembantu KHM Mansyur sebanyak 80 orang yang membeli rumah inden. Penelitian ini akan menggambarkan tentang hubungan sebab akibat, sehingga metode ini menggunakan sampel dan hipotesis. Teknis analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi (r2 ) dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t, dan uji f. Hasil dari penelitian ini di peroleh dari analisis regresi linier berganda adalah Y = 12,820 + 1,997X1 + 0,947X2 - 0,912X3 - 2,212X4. Uji t untuk variabel bebas pendapatan (X1), harga rumah (X2), uang muka (X3) dan suku bunga (X4) terhadap variabel terikat permintaan KPR pada Bank Tabungan Negara Kantor Cabang Pembantu KHM Mansyur (Y). Nilai Uji F memiliki nilai probabilitas signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, dimana variabel pendapatan (X1), harga rumah (X2), uang muka (X3) dan suku bunga (X4) secara bersama – sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap permintaan KPR pada Bank Tabungan Negara Kantor Cabang Pembantu KHM Mansyur (Y). Simpulan dalam penelitin ini adalah variabel bebas pendapatan (X1), harga rumah (X2), uang muka (X3) dan suku bunga (X4) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikat permintaan KPR pada Bank Tabungan Negara Kantor Cabang Pembantu KHM Mansyur (Y).
