Abstract
Peningkatan dan pengembangan kualitas pelayanan yang dilakukan oleh sumber daya manusia yang ada di rumah sakit tentunya menjadi kunci untuk mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan (kesuksesan) rumah sakit sebagai penyedia layanan Kesehatan. Akan tetapi, saat ini juga tidak sedikit yang kemudian tanpa disadari shared value yang mereka lakukan telah mengenyampingkan sisi sosial dan humanisme sosial sebagai kekuatan external yang seharusnya mereka akomudir untuk meningkatkan nilai atas pelayanan Kesehatan yang diberikan kepada semua pasien. Berangkat dari fakta tersebut, penelitian ini focus pada beberapa rumusan masalah; 1. Apakah shared value berpengaruh terhadap trust tenaga Paramedis di Rumah Sakit Tipe B di Jawa Timur? 2. Apakah shared value berpengaruh terhadap commitment tenaga Paramedis di Rumah Sakit Tipe B di Jawa Timur? 3. Apakah trust berpengaruh terhadap Commitment tenaga Paramedis di Rumah Sakit Tipe B di Jawa Timur? 4. Apakah trust berpengaruh terhadap relationship learning tenaga Paramedis di Rumah Sakit Tipe B di Jawa Timur? 5. Apakah trust berpengaruh terhadap cooperation tenaga Paramedis di Rumah Sakit Tipe B di Jawa Timur? 6. Apakah commitment berpengaruh terhadap relationship learning tenaga Paramedis di Rumah Sakit Tipe B di Jawa Timur? 7. Apakah commitment berpengaruh terhadap cooperation tenaga Paramedis di Rumah Sakit Tipe B di Jawa Timur? 8. Apakah commitment berpengaruh terhadap relational success tenaga Paramedis di Rumah Sakit Tipe B di Jawa Timur? 9. Apakah relationship learning berpengaruh terhadap relational success tenaga Paramedis di Rumah Sakit Tipe B di Jawa Timur? 10. Apakah cooperation berpengaruh terhadap relational success tenaga Paramedis di Rumah Sakit Tipe B di Jawa Timur? Pada disertasi ini memakai metode penelitian kuantitatif dimulai dari pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian menggunakan purposive sampling untuk dapat mengungkap kondisi yang sebenarnya dari populasi sesuai dengan maksud dan tujuan sebuah penelitian. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Berdasarkan perhitungan sampel yang menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 391 responden dari tenaga Paramedis (perawat dan bidan) dari RS yang Type B Jawa Timur. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dari variabel Shared value berpengaruh signifikan terhadap trust, Shared value berpengaruh signifikan terhadap commitment, Trust berpengaruh signifikan terhadap commitment, Trust berpengaruh signifikan terhadap relationship learning,Trust berpengaruh signifikan terhadap cooperation, Commitment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap relationship learning, Commitment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap cooperation, Commitment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap relational success, Relationship learning berpengaruh signifikan terhadap relational success, Cooperation berpengaruh signifikan terhadap relational success. Temuan dalam disertasi ini sebagai inti dari analisisnya ialah; bahwa shared value yang menjadi pangkal atas semua variable tersebut akan menjadi lebih maksimal bila kemauan, kesetiaan dan kebanggaan paramedis terhadap rumah sakit tempat bekerja dapat dipadukan dengan keselaran visi dan misi owner, investor, pemimpinnya. Kata Kunci: Shared Values, Trust, Commitment, Relationship Learning, Cooperation, Relational Success.
