Abstract
This study aims to analyze and prove the effect of price perception, ease of use, and service quality on consumer satisfaction with Gojek's online transportation service for vocational and high school students in Surabaya. The type of data used is quantitative data and the sampling technique uses purposive sampling with a sample of 100 high school and high school students who use Gojek's online transportation service in Surabaya. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis method and hypothesis testing is done by F test, t test, and the coefficient of determination. In this study, the following results were obtained: 1). The variables of price perception, ease of use, and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on the variable of consumer satisfaction of online gojek transportation services for vocational and high school students in Surabaya, 2). Price perception variable has a significant effect on the consumer satisfaction variable for Gojek's online transportation services for vocational and high school students in Surabaya, 3). The ease of use variable has a significant effect on the consumer satisfaction variable for online gojek transportation services for vocational and high school students in Surabaya, and 4). The service quality variable has a significant effect on the consumer satisfaction variable for online gojek transportation services for vocational and high school students in Surabaya.
