Abstract

Kelurahan Airlangga merupakan salah satu kelurahan yang ada di Kecamatan Gubeng Kota Surabaya dimana wilayah ini merupakan wilayah yang tidak jauh dari pusat kota dengan banyaknya universitas ternama di sekitarnya hingga gedung pusat perkantoran. Sehingga wilayah ini menajdi salah satu wilayah yang cukup stategis untuk memulai usaha kos-kosan. Adapun tujuan penelitian yang ingin dicapai dengan rumusan maslah yang telah dipaparkan diatas adalah untuk mengertahui, menganalisis dan menjawab peranan Modal Kerja, Lama Usaha, dan Jumlah Kamar terhadap Pendapatan Pengusaha kos-kosan di wilayah Kelurahan Airlangga, Kecamatan Gubeng, Kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini mengambil 55 (lima puluh lima). Dalam pelaksanaannya penelitian ini mengambil data primer dengan menggunakan kuisioner.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adlah analisis regresi linier berganda dangan uji t untuk pengjian variabel secara parsial dan uji F untuk pengujian variabel secara simultan.Pada hasil temuan analisis menyimpulan bahwa semua variabel Modal Kerja (X1), Lama Usaha (X2), dan Jumlah kamar (X3) secara imultan berpengaruh signifikan terdapat Pendapatan (Y) pegusaha kos-kosan di wilayah Kelurahan Airlangga, Kecamatan Gubeng, Kota Surabaya.
