Abstract

Dengan visi menjadi produsen pupuk dan produk kimia lainnya yang berdaya saing tinggi dan produknya paling diminati konsumen. Petrokimia Gresik mendukung program pemerintah yaitu menjaga ketahanan pangan nasional. Agar semua dapat terwujud, penting sekali menjaga keamanan sistem kelistrikan di perusahaan untuk jalannya produksi. Tidak menutup kemungkinan pada sistem kelistrikan pabrik terjadi gangguan Short Circuit dan gangguan lainnya. Untuk meminimalisir hal tersebut, perlu dilakukan studi koordinasi proteksi di pabrik II. Pada penelitian tugas akhir ini hanya membahas koordinasi proteksi motor 02MC201-PF1 sampai Pembangkit Gas Turbine Generator (GTG) tanpa mempertimbangkan percabangan pada bus. Hasil dari perhitungan, Relay-02MC201 dengan FLA 50,15, Lowset Pick-up disetting 60A, Time Dial 0,27 dan Highset Pick-up 522A dengan Delay 0,05 detik. Relay-21 dengan FLA 49,2A, Lowset Pick-up disetting 68A, Time Dial 1,93 dan Highset Pick-up 1200A dengan Delay 0,1 detik. Relay-1 dengan FLA 14,8A, Lowset Pick-up disetting 20,5A, Time Dial 3,3 dan Highset Pick-up 400A dengan Delay 0,2 detik. Relay-32 dengan FLA 14,8A, Lowset Pick-up disetting 20,5A, Time Dial 5,36 dan Highset Pick-up 425A dengan Delay 0,3 detik. Relay-02 dengan FLA 14,8A, Lowset Pick-up disetting 19,5A, Time Dial 8,3 dan Highset Pick-up 450A dengan Delay 0,4 detik. Relay-01 dengan FLA 14,8A, Lowset Pick-up disetting 20,2A, Time Dial 9,7 dan Highset Pick-up 460A dengan Delay 0,5 detik. Relay-10 dengan FLA 14,8A, Lowset Pick-up disetting 20,4A, Time Dial 11,02 dan Highset Pick-up 465A dengan Delay 0,6 detik. Relay-08 dengan FLA 14,8A, Lowset Pick-up disetting 20,56A, Time Dial 13 dan Highset Pick-up 470A dengan Delay 0,7 detik. Relay-11 dengan FLA 26,3A, Lowset Pick-up disetting 36,5A, Time Dial 14,6 dan Highset Pick-up 1000A dengan Delay 1 detik. Selanjutnya hasil perhitungan tersebut diinputkan ke Relay pemodelan Single Line Diagram pabrik II di Software ETAP 12.6.0. Kemudian disimulasikan pada menu star-protective device koordination, sehingga didapatkan sebuah desain koordinasi proteksi yang baik sesuai standar IEC-Extremely Inverse.
