Abstract
This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of rate and order quantity on the income of online motorcycle taxi drivers in Surabaya. This study uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Where the research uses numbers that can be measured to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable based on the data. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data, while the source of data used in this study is primary data. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of determination (R2), and hypothesis testing. The results of this study prove that partially the variable order quantity has a significant effect. While the rate variable has no significant effect. Simultaneously, the variable rate and the order quantity have a significant effect. Analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained a value of 0.637, which means that the income of online motorcycle taxi drivers in Surabaya is explained by the variation of the rate and order quantity variable by 63.7% and the remaining 36.3% is explained by other variables.
