Abstract

ABSTRAK Skripsi ini merupakan hasil penellitian mengenai penilaian kewajaran harga saham dengan menggunakan pendekatan DDM sebagai dasar keputusan investasi sebelum dan semasa pandemic Covid-19 (Studi pada perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam ILQ-45 tahun 2019-2020). Adapun latar belakang penelitian ini adalah Covid-19 yang memicu ketidakpastian yang sangat tinggi sehingga menekan kinerja keuangan global. Harga saham di pasar modal merupakan refleksi dari semua informasi yang tersedia dan hal penting yang menjadi perhatian bagi para investor karena harga saham mencerminkan kinerja perusahaan. Untuk menganalisis permasalahan diatas peneliti menggunakan teori Husnan (2015) yang merumuskan empat tahapan dalam menghitung nilai intrinsik saham yaitu menghitung dividen growth, estimasi dividen yang diharapkan, tingkat pengembalian yang diharapkan dan nilai intrinsic saham. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa studi kepustakaan dan metode dokumentasi melalui ( www.idx.co.id ), (https://lifepal.co.id) serta berbagai situs lain yang berkait serta menunjang penelitian ini dalam mendapatkan data. Sedangkan penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel yang tidak memberi peluang/kesernpatan sama bagi setiap anggota populasi untuk dipilih menjadi sampel dan diperoleh 23 sampel yang masuk kriteria. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tahun 2019 terdapat 6 saham perusahaan yang berada dalam kondisi undervalued yaitu ADRO, HMSP, INKP, INTP, ITMG dan TKIM dan 5 saham dalam kondisi undervalued yaitu ADRO, INKP, INTP, ITMG dan TKIM. . Hal ini dikarenakan enam saham tersebut memiliki nilai intrinsic yang lebih besar daripada nilai pasar. Sehingga investor disarankan untuk membeli atau menahan kepemilikan saham tersebut yang diharapkan nilainya akan naik dikemudian hari.
