Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan oleh penulis secara umum bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana analisis alokasi dana darurat dalam bencana covid-19 Kabupaten Flores Timur dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian studi khasus, dengan informasi Sekretaris Badan Keuagan dan Aset Daerah, dimana fokus penelitiannya adalah penerimaan,alokasi ,penggunaan,administrasi dan pelaporan. Dengan penggumpulan data yang di gunakan adalah wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Hasil penelitian analisis yang di lakukan oleh peneliti menunjukan bahwa dalam alokasi dana darurat dalam bencana covid-19 sudah sesuai dengan peraturan dari Menteri Keuagan Republik Indonesia Tentang Pengelolaan Transfer Ke Daerah Dana Desa Tahun Anggaran 2021 Dalam Rangka Mendukung Penaganan Pandemi Corona Virus Disease 2019 (covid-19) dan Dampaknya.
