Abstract
Lack of fulfilment customer requests by PT. Heaven Chemical Indonesia, which occurs due to delays in delivery, which is averaged every month by 20%, causes a decrease in the level of customer satisfaction, especially in the East Java Region. One of these things happened due to the production planning strategy is Make To Order. The purpose of this study was to determine the service level customer obtained by PT. Heaven Chemical Indoensia and provide suggestions regarding the Make To Stock production planning strategy to overcome these existing problems. The method used is calculating customer service level and fillrate, analyzing historical data, and also making a Run Out Time strategy. It is known that the level of customer satisfaction obtained by PT. Heaven Chemical Indonesia during the period November 2021 – January 2022 an average of 77%, this is certainly still far from the expected by PT. Heaven Chemical Indonesia is 98%. The proposal regarding the Make To Stock production planning strategy is given in the form of a production plan for each product and its capacity for a period of 12 months, and taking into account the average demand by all customers.
