Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of working capital in increasing the profitability and liquidity of a company. This research was conducted at PT. Wijaya Karya Tbk. Types and sources of data are quantitative data and secondary data obtained through access to the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data collection techniques are carried out by analyzing annual financial data documents for the last 4 years. The data analysis method used in this research is the profitability ratio which consists of profit margin, return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE) and liquidity ratio which consists of the current ratio, and the quick ratio. This study shows the working capital management of PT. Wijaya Karya that is not good means the company is not in managing working capital so that it has not been able to increase the level of profitability and liquidity.
