Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pengukuran kinerja Koperasi Wanita AR ROHMAH dengan menggunakan metode Balanced Scorecard. Balanced Scorecard merupakan alat pengukuran kinerja yang terdiri dari 4 perspektif yaitu : perspektif keuangan, perspektif Pelanggan, perspektif proses bisnis internal dan proses pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan desktiptif kualitatif . Sumber data yang digunakan data primer dan data sekunder data primer berupa kuesioner dan sekunder mengumpulkan data data yang sudah ada. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi,kuesioner dan studi kepustakaan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif ( data diambil dari tahun 2019 – 2021 ). Dapat diketahui bahwa perspektif keuangan menggunakan indikator Current Ratio dinilai buruk, ROA dinilai baik, ROE dinilai baik, dan DAR dinilai baik. Pada perspektif pelanggan menggunakan indikator Customer Acquisition dinilai buruk, Customer Retention dinilai baik, dan Kepuasan Anggota diukur menggunakan hasil kuesioner dengan sehingga dinilai baik. Pada perspektif proses bisnis internal menggunakan indikator Proses Inovasi dinilai cukup, Proses Operasi dinilai baik .Pada perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan menggunakan indikator Produktivitas Karyawan sehingga dinilai baik. Motivasi dan Pelibatan karyawan dinilai baik. Dari hasil 4 perspektif balanced scorecard dapat dinilai bahwa Pengukuran kinerja Koperasi Wanita “AR ROHMA” secarakeseluruhan adalah cukup.
