Abstract

PT PLN (Persero) UP2D Jawa Timur yang memiliki proses bisnis pelaksana dan pengatur distribusi 20kV guna melayani percepatan recovery pelayanan tenaga listrik untuk 16 UP3 di wilayah Jawa Timur dengan total 114 Gardu Induk, 1554 Total Penyulang 20kV. Titik Transaksi Tenaga Listrik di Gardu induk terutama di kWh Meter Penyulang 20kV sangat penting dan menjadi perhatian oleh PT PLN (Persero) UP2D Jawa timur karena menjadi titik transaksi dengan kWh Meter Incoming 20kV. Pada saat rapat PSA/TSA antara PT PLN (Persero) UID Jawa Timur dan PT PLN (Persero)UIP2B Jawa timur adanya selisih pada transaksi tenaga listrik GI Rungkut Trafo 4 dan dapat merugikan kedua belah pihak. Analisa ini dilakukan dengan pengecekkan transformator arus penyulang 20kV GI Rungkut Trafo 4 berdasarkan kelas ketelitian trafo arus, burden sesuai dengan spesifikasi name plate menggunakan CT Analyzer dan dengan metode kuantitatif. Berdasarkan dari hasil Analisa dan pengujian dilapangan menggunakan CT Analyzer sangat membantu untuk mengantisipasi terjadinya kesalahan pembacaan yang terjadi pada APP (Alat Pengukur dan Pembatas) yang disebabkan oleh kesalahan pada Transformator Arus. Sehingga dapat meminimalisir terjadinya selisih transaksi tenaga listrik pada Gardu Induk. Dari data hasil uji error ratio pada transformator arus dan pengujian eksitasi pada transformator arus mendapatkan hasil yang baik, pada pengujian burden pemakaian peralatan pengukuran mendapatkan nilai diatas burden pengenal yang terdapat pada name platect, sehingga dilakukan perbaikan pada burden peralatan pengukuran. Setelah dilakukan analisa dan perbaikan mendapatkan nilai yang baik dan energi tidak terukur pada gadu induk rungkut trafo 4 menurun dari 300.000 kWh menjadi 60.000 sampai dengan 12.000 kWh dan persentase setelah dilakukan perbaikan menjadi 0,3% hingga 0,12%. (PT PLN (Persero) UP2D East Java which has a business process of implementing and controlling 20kV distribution to serve the acceleration of recovery of electricity services for 16 UP3 in East Java with a total of 114 substations, 1554 total feeders 20kV. The electricity transaction point at the substation, especially the 20kV feeder kWh meter, is very important and a concern for PT PLN (Persero) UP2D East Java because it is a transaction point with the incoming 20kV kWh meter. At the PSA/TSA meeting between PT PLN (Persero) UID East Java and PT PLN (Persero) UIP2B East Java, there was a difference in the electricity transaction of GI Rungkut Transformer 4 and could harm both parties. This analysis is carried out by checking the 20kV feeder current transformer GI Rungkut Transformer 4 based on the current transformer accuracy class, burden according to name plate specifications using a CT analyzer and quantitative methods. Based on the results of analysis and field testing using a CT Analyzer, it is very helpful to anticipate the occurrence of reading errors that occur in the APP (Measuring and Limiting Instruments) caused by errors in the Current Transformer. So that it can minimize the occurrence of differences in electricity transactions at the Substation. From the data from the error ratio test on the current transformer and the excitation test on the current transformer, good results were obtained, in the burden test the use of measuring equipment got a value above the rated burden contained in the name plate, so improvements were made to the burden of measuring equipment. After analyzing and repairing, it got good value and the unmeasured energy at the transformer 4 substation decreased from 300,000 kWh to 60,000 to 12,000 kWh and the percentage after repair was 0.3% to 0.12%.
