Abstract

Penelitian transformator di IPAL PT. SIER ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai derating transformator, nilai persentase pembebanan transformator, nilai ketidakseimbangan transformator, nilai rugi-rugi akibat adanya arus netral transformator, dan nilai efisiensi transformator. Hal ini dilakukan agar dapat mengetahui besaran nilai dari transformator yang terpasang tidak melebihi dari nilai SPLN yang berlaku. Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif data didapat dari pengukuran dilapangan dan akan dianilisis secara sistematis. Selama 5 hari pengukuran didapatkan hasil bahwa nilai derating transformator sebesar 14,55 kVA atau sebesar 14,26 kW dengan persentase derating sebesar 4,85%. Persentase pembebanan transformator sebesar 66,3% (SPLN maksimal 80%, minimal 40%). Nilai ketidakseimbangan beban sebesar 1,67% (SPLN dikategorikan baik jika <10%). Persentase nilai arus pada penghantar netral sebesar 13,02% (SPLN nilai arus netral <20%) dengan nilai rugi-rugi akibat adanya arus penghantar netral sebesar 0,24 kW atau sebesar 0,08%. Persentase efisiensi yang terbebani sebesar 99,91% dari nilai efisiensi optimal sebesar 100%. (Transformer research at WWTP PT. This SEER aims to determine the transformer derating value, the percentage value of transformer loading, the value of transformer imbalance, the value of losses due to the transformer neutral current, and the value of transformer efficiency. This is done in order to find out the magnitude of the value of the installed transformer does not exceed the applicable SPLN value. By using quantitative methods, the data is obtained from field measurements and will be analyzed systematically. During 5 days of measurement, it was found that the derating value of the transformer was 14.55 kVA or 14.26 kW with a derating percentage of 4.85%. The percentage of transformer loading is 66.3% (maximum SPLN 80%, minimum 40%). The load imbalance value is 1.67% (SPLN is categorized as good if <10%). The percentage of the current value in the neutral conductor is 13.02% (SPLN neutral current value <20%) with the value of losses due to the presence of a neutral conductor current of 0.24 kW or 0.08%. The burdened efficiency percentage is 99.91% of the optimal efficiency value of 100%.)
