Abstract

Kenyamanan dan ketenangan merupakan faktor penting yang dapat membuat meningkatnya konsentrasi mahasiswa dalam belajar. Tingkat kebisingan pada suatu kelas dapat mengganggu pembelajaran dan meningkatkan ketegangan dalam nada bicara pengajar, untuk mengetahui tingkat kebisingan suara(desibel meter) di ruang kelas diperlukan alat pengukur tingkat kebisingan, melalui metode observasi, studi literatur, dan rancang bangun, penulis dapat membahas tentang “RANCANG BANGUN ALAT UKUR TINGKAT KEBISINGAN BERBASIS IOT DI RUANG KELAS GEDUNG TEKNIK LANTAI 8 UNIVERSITAS 17 AGUSTUS 1945 SURABAYA”. Alat tersebut menggunakan NodeMCU ESP8266, OLED display, dan sensor suara FC-04. Hasil kebisingan yang diperoleh dari alat dapat ditampilkan pada web site dan aplikasi. Hasil pengujian rata-rata ruang kelas saat ada kegiatan mencapai kebisingan 64-85dB dengan partisipan dan aktivitas yang berbeda-beda.
