Abstract

Water treatment plant Kedung Uling merupakan instalasi pengolahan air minum milik PDAM Sidoarjo, hampir semua kegiatan dalam pengolahan air memanfaatkan energi listrik, seperti motor listrik submersible dan sentrifugal dengan pengendali, komputer, ac inverter, dan masih banyak lainnya yang termasuk beban non-linier. Beban non-linier merupakan beban listrik yang korelasi antara tegangan dengan arusnya tidak seimbang, beban non-linier ini akan mengakibatkan gangguan harmonisa pada sistem tenaga listrik yang menyebabkan berkurangnya masa pakai peralatan listrik, Harmonisa diartikan sebagai distorsi frekuensi tegangan dan arus yang tidak sinusoidal dari frekuensi murni. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kandungan harmonisa pada Water treatment plant Kedung Uling yang akan dibandingkan dengan standar SPLN D5.004-1: 2012 sebagai bahan rekomendasi peredaman harmonisa arus dan tegangan. Hasil pengukuran dan analisa menunjukan adanya harmonisa pada panel SDP 2 dengan nilai harmonisa untuk phasa R sebesar 42.2%, phasa S sebesar 42.1%, dan phasa T sebesar 48.6 %, setelah dibandingkan dengan standar harmonisa, semua phasa melebihi standart SPLN dengan nilai standar 20%. Maka diperlukan adanya peredaman harmonisa dengan filter single tunde yang akan meredam pada orde ke-5, Nilai komponen filter harmonisa untuk kapasitor (C) sebesar 678.7 μF, nilai induktor (L) sebesar 0.73882 mH, dan nilai Resistornya (R) sebesar 0.00387 Ω. Sedangkan untuk perdaman pada orde ke-7 nilai komponen untuk kapasitor (C) sebesar 678.7 μF, nilai induktor (L) sebesar 0.376433mH, dan Resistornya (R) sebesar 0.00237 Ω. (The Kedung Uling water treatment plant is a drinking water treatment plant owned by PDAM Sidoarjo, almost all activities in water treatment utilize electrical energy, such as submersible and centrifugal electric motors with controllers, computers, AC inverters, and many others including non-linear loads. Non-linear load is an electrical load whose correlation between voltage and current is not balanced, this non-linear load will cause harmonic disturbances in the electric power system which causes a decrease in the life of electrical equipment, Harmonics is defined as a distortion of the frequency of voltage and current that is not sinusoidal from the frequency pure. This study aims to determine how much harmonic content in the Kedung Uling Water treatment plant will be compared with the SPLN D5.004-1: 2012 standard as a recommendation material for reducing current and voltage harmonics. The results of measurements and analysis show the presence of harmonics on the SDP 2 panel with harmonic values ​​for the R phase of 42.2%, the S phase of 42.1%, and the T phase of 48.6%, after being compared with the harmonic standard, all phases exceed the SPLN standard with a standard value of 20%. . So it is necessary to have harmonic attenuation with a single tunde filter that will dampen on the 5th order, the value of the harmonic filter component for the capacitor (C) is 678.7 F, the inductor value (L) is 0.73882 mH, and the resistor value (R) is 0.00387 .
