Abstract

Semakin banyaknya penduduk Indonesia akan berpengaruh dalam bidang bercocok tanam yang juga semakin berkurang karena pembangunan tempat tinggal, pusat perbelanjaan dan juga perkantoran. Oleh karena itu hasil tanaman sayuran juga berkurang maka dari itu kita harus maju mengikuti zaman sekarang kita gunakan juga teknik bercocok tanam yang modern yaitu menggunakan teknik bercocok tanaman Hidroponik yang tempat dengan lahan yang sempit terutama pada masyarakat yang tinggal di daerah perkotaan yang tidak memiliki kebun dan lahan untuk bercocok tanam. Teknik menanam Hidroponik dapat dilakukan tanpa memerlukan lahan yang luas, teknik menanam hidroponik dapat dilakukan di depan rumah maupun di atap rumah dan juga dapat dilakukan di dalam rumah. Teknik menanam hidroponik adalah teknik menanam yang menggunakan Air sebagai media utama pengganti tanah, akan tetapi dengan kesibukan yang dimiliki masyarakat perkantoran dan pekerja lainnya akan sulit untuk mengontrol dan merawat tanam sehingga membuat tanaman mati atau busuk dan juga kekeringan. Dengan menggabungkan teknik informatika dan teknik elektro penulis dapat menciptakan alat yang dapat membantu merawat secara otomatis seperti menjaga ketersediaan air agar tidak kekeringan. Rancang Bangun Sistem Kontrol Otomatis Pada Pengairan Hidroponik Dan Monitoring Berbasis IOT Menggunakan Node MCU. terciptanya alat ini adalah solusi untuk menjaga ketersediaan air pada tanaman, dan bahkan informasi ketersediaan air dapat dipantau oleh pemilik melalui jaringan internet yang bisa diakses melalui smartphone karena alat ini berbasis IOT (Internet of Things)
