Abstract
The population growth rate in Indonesia is increasing with the increasing population growth rate, the need for housing is getting higher. Therefore, with the increasing demand for houses, many new developers have sprung up in the property business. Along with the dynamic lifestyle of modern society and increasingly fierce competition in the property business, many developers are building houses with minimalist designs and offering affordable housing prices and being able to compete with house prices offered by other developers and have attractive promotional strategies. and effective so that it can influence consumers to immediately make purchasing decisions. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of price perception and sales promotion on home buying decisions in Taman Wisata Regency, Gresik Regency. The sample used is 80 respondents who are home buyers in Taman Wisata Regency housing and are over 20 years old. This study uses SPSS version 25 as an analytical technique and the sampling method used is the probability sampling method with a random sampling technique, namely samples from members of the population that are carried out randomly. The results of the study indicate that price perception and sales promotion have a significant positive contribution and influence in influencing consumers to immediately make a home purchase decision at Taman Wisata Regency, Gresik Regency.
